  1. Have not seen any mention of TDA book as at least a partial character study of a person with narcissistic personality disorder and/or borderline personality disorder, and how the exhibition of those behaviors can blind those experiencing it to their own faults, while they hurt and manipulate others to elevate themselves. They burn and excoriate those they feel slighted by and pity themselves for being lonely or not having close friendships, without ever looking into the real reasons for it, themselves and their inability to see beyond their own grandiosity. In this case not sure to what end besides monetary gain but having a relative or co-worker like this can cause much pain while they blame everyone and everything else for their shortcomings.
